The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that on
29 May 2025 it received from Thomas Shepherd, President of the Management Board, the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.

In addition, Mr. Thomas Shepherd provided the following information:

“I hereby confirm that on 28^th May 2025, I acquired of 6,100 shares of the Company for a total value of PLN 210,609.60.”
