The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that on 4 July 2025 it received from Adam Łukojć, Chief Financial Officer the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
In addition, Mr. Adam Łukojć provided the following information:
“In total, in transactions concluded from 16.04.2025 to 4.07.2025, I bought 3,300 shares of Captor Therapeutics for PLN 114,397.80”
