Legal basis: Article 19(3) MAR – information on transactions carried out by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that on 11 August 2025 it received from Michał Walczak - President of the Management Board, Chief Scientific Officer the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. 

In addition, Mr. Michał Walczak provided the following information:

“In the reported transaction, I transferred 20,000 shares to Captor Therapeutics free of charge. Captor Therapeutics will sell the shares to participants in the incentive programme, in accordance with resolutions No. 21 and 22 of the last Annual General Meeting and earlier resolutions concerning the incentive programme.”
