The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) has been informed of the Statement of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (“KDPW”) No. 761/2025 regarding the conclusion, at the Company’s request, of an agreement for the registration in the securities depository of 33,138 series U ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The registration of the shares is conditional and will take place within 3 days of KDPW receiving the decision to introduce the above-mentioned shares to trading on the regulated market on which other shares of the Company marked with the above-mentioned ISIN code have been introduced, but not earlier than on the date specified in that decision as the date of introduction of those shares to trading on that regulated market.
