The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), has learned that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted Resolution No. 1098/2025 of 27 August 2025 on the admission and introduction of 33.138 series U ordinary bearer shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, to trading on the main market on 1 September 2025.

The introduction is subject to the registration of these shares by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on 1 September 2025 and their designation with ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption.
