The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the "Company"), announces that on 29 August 2025, the Company became aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“KDPW”), on 29 August 2024, of a decision to register 33.138 series U ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "Shares") with the securities depository. The Shares will be registered under the ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

The date of registration of the Shares will be 1 September 2025.
