Legal basis: Article 19(3) MAR – information on transactions carried out by persons discharging managerial responsibilities  

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that on 25 September 2025 it received from Adam Łukojć, Chief Financial Officer the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.   

In addition, Mr. Adam Łukojć provided the following information:  

“On September 25, I purchased 2,500 shares. Earlier, I purchased 3,300 shares, as announced in Current Report No. 29/2025.”
