Content of the report: 

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the ‘Company’) hereby announces that it has received from Charles Kunsch, a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, a correction to the notification of a transaction involving the Company's shares, which the Company announced in its current report No. 40/2025 of 25 September 2025, as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. 

The correction concerns the conclusion of a share subscription agreement under the incentive programme.
