Content of the report: 

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that it has received from Paweł Holstinghausen Holsten, Member of the Company's Supervisory Board, a notification of a transaction on the Company's shares (conclusion of a share subscription agreement), as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. 

The share subscription agreement was concluded within the framework of the incentive programme.
