The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław (the “Company") informs that on 25 November 2025 it received from Michał Walczak - President of the Management Board, Chief Scientific Officer the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
In addition, Mr. Michał Walczak provided the following information:
"I purchased 1,000 shares in Captor Therapeutics for PLN 51,800. Earlier this year, I purchased shares in the company worth PLN 140,268.60.”
