The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that on 27 November 2025 it received from Adam Łukojć, Chief Financial Officer the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
In addition, Mr. Adam Łukojć provided the following information:
“On 27 November, I purchased 1,000 shares. In total, I purchased 6,800 shares in 2025.”
