he Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław (the "Company"), announces that it has received a notification from Paweł Holstinghausen-Holsten, pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies, regarding a change in the shareholding in the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting by Paweł Holstinghausen-Holsten, individually, and by his subsidiary, the "Holstinghausen-Holsten Family Foundation".
