Subject: Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A.

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław (the "Company"), announces that on 6 February 2026, Mr Tomáš Drmota resigned from his position as Member of the Company's Management Board - Chief Technology Officer, with immediate effect. The reason for his resignation is his decision to engage in key scientific and research projects, which requires him to focus on substantive and expert matters outside the day-to-day operational management of the Company.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company announces that on February 6, 2026, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Adam Łukojć to the Management Board of the Company for a joint term of office and to appoint him to the position of Member of the Management Board - Chief Financial Officer. The resolution of the Company's Supervisory Board came into force upon its adoption.

This change is part of the optimization of roles within the organization – it allows for the utilization of Tomas's unique scientific expertise in the area of R&D, while strengthening Adam's management skills in the ongoing execution of business objectives.

Mr Adam Łukojć does not perform any activities outside the Company that would be competitive to the activities performed within the Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company or in a competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.

Mr Adam Łukojć is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
