The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the "Company"), announces that the National Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“KDPW”), issued on 10 April 2026, of a decision to register 24.688 series W ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "Shares") with the securities depository. The Shares will be registered under the ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

The date of registration of the Shares will be 13 April 2026.
