The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“the Company”) announces that it received from Mr Michał Walczak a modification to the notification regarding the reduction of his share in the total number of votes in the Company, drawn up pursuant to Article 69(1)(2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies, about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 19/2026 of 17 April 2026.
