The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), has learned that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted Resolution No. 588/2026 of 23 April 2026 on the admission and introduction of 800.000 series Y ordinary bearer shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, to trading on the main market on 29 April 2026. 

The introduction is subject to the registration of these shares by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on 29 April 2026 and their designation with ISIN code PLCPTRT00014. 

The resolution came into force on the date of its adoption.
