Subject: Submitting Candidates for Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") with reference to current report No. 26/2026 of 22 May 2022 containing draft resolutions for the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company convened for 19 June 2026, hereby informs that on 15 June 2026 it received a notification from a shareholder of the Company: Mr Paweł Holstinghausen Holsten, regarding the nomination of the following candidates:

1. Mr Paweł Holstinghausen Holsten
2. Mr Robert Florczykowski
3. Mr Charles Kunsch
4. Mr Krzysztof Samotij
5. Mr Maciej Wróblewski

as members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The criteria for independence from the Company and entities with significant connections with the Company set out in Article 129(3) of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1891, as amended) are met by the following candidates:

1. Mr Robert Florczykowski;
2. Mr Charles Kunsch;
3. Mr Krzysztof Samotij.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company, in the attachment to this report, makes public the professional CVs of the above-mentioned candidates and the content of the statements submitted by them, as well as the content of the notice from the shareholder with draft resolutions.
