The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") with reference to current report No. 26/2026 of 22 May 2022 containing draft resolutions for the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company convened for 19 June 2026, hereby informs that on 15 June 2026 it received from a shareholder of the Company: Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna, a notification of the candidacy of Mr. Michał Wnorowski for the position of member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company, in the attachment to this report, makes public the professional CVs of the above-mentioned candidate and the content of the submitted statement, as well as the content of the notice from the shareholder.
