Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") with reference to current report no. 6/2022 dated 26.01.2022, containing dates of periodical reports publication in 2022, informs about change of date of publication of extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022.

The original publication date of the above report was 22 September 2022.

The new publication date has been set to 2 September 2022.

Remaining dates of periodic reports remain unchanged:

• 24 November 2022 - consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022.

Detailed legal basis: §80.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
