The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that it received from Michał Walczak, Management Board Member, the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares (disposal of Company’s shares) under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.

According to information provided to the Company by a member of the Management Board, the transactions described in the notice exhausted the entire order submitted to the brokerage house for the sale of the Company's shares.
