Subject: Dates of publication of interim reports in 2021

Legal basis: § 80 sec. 4 and 1 and § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the provisions of law of a country other than a member state (“Regulation”)

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) discloses to the public the dates of publication of periodical reports in the fiscal year 2021:

Annual reports:

• Separate annual report for 2020 - 30 April 2021
• Consolidated annual report for 2020 - 30 April 2021

Quarterly reports:        

• Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2021 - 28 May 2021
• Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021 - 29 November 2021

Semi-annual report:          

• Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half 2021 - 30 September 2021

Pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports and a separate semi-annual report. In 2021 the Company intends to submit:

• consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and
• consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2021 containing semi-annual condensed financial statement referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation.

The Company desists from publication of quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of 2021 in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation.
