Subject: Admission and introduction to exchange trading of series M ordinary bearer shares

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company") was informed of the adoption by the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. of resolution no. 198/2023 dated 9 March 2023 on introduction, as of 14 March 2023, to exchange trading on the primary market of 41,019 series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, provided that on 14 March 2023 Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. registers such shares and marks them with the following code: ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

Resolution enters into force as of the date of adoption thereof.
