The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that it received from Krzysztof Samotij, Member of the Supervisory Board, the notification regarding transactions on the Company's shares (conclusion of a share subscription agreement) under Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. The share subscription agreement was entered into as part of the incentive program.
