The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the "Company"), informs that on November 6, 2023. The Company has become aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("NDS") on November 2, 2023 to register 436,563 series N, O and P ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "Shares") with the securities depository. The Shares will be registered under the ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The date on which the Shares will be registered in the NDS securities depository will be November 6, 2023.
