The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław (the "Company"), announces that it has received from Thomas Shepherd, President of the Management Board of the Company, a notification of the acquisition of the Company's shares as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. The shares were acquired as part of a transaction on the regulated market.
