The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław ("the Company") informs that it received from Paweł Holstinghausen-Holsten, Supervisory Board Member, and the "Holstinghausen-Holsten Family Foundation" Family Foundation the notification of, respectively, the disposal and acquisition of shares in the Company by way of donation, as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
