The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), has become aware of the announcement of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) ("KDPW") No. 782/2024 on the conclusion, at the request of the Company, of an agreement for the registration with the securities depository of 17,134 series R ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The registration of the shares is conditional and will take place within 3 days of receipt by the KDPW of a decision to introduce the above shares to trading on the regulated market to which other shares of the Company bearing the above ISIN code have been introduced, but not earlier than on the date indicated in that decision as the date of introduction of those shares to trading on that regulated market.
