The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the "Company"), announces that on 12 August 2024, the Company became aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“KDPW”), on 12 August 2024, of a decision to register 17,134 series R ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "Shares") with the securities depository. The Shares will be registered under the ISIN PLCPTRT00014.
The date of registration of the Shares will be 14 August 2024.
