The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the ‘Company’), announces that the extended consolidated half-yearly report for the period 01.01.2024 to 30.06.2024 published today at 00:00 for technical reasons did not include the Report on the review of the condensed consolidated interim financial statements. Accordingly, the Company has published today at 8:57 a corrected half-yearly report, which contains all documents identical to those contained in the PSr report published at 00:00 today and includes the missing Review Report on the condensed interim consolidated financial statements. At the same time, the company announces that it will take measures to avoid a similar situation in the future.
