Subject: Communication from the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on conditional registration of rights to series T ordinary bearer shares

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the ‘Company”), today, i.e. 16 “December 2024, became aware of the National Depository for Securities S.A.‘s (“KDPW") Announcement
No. 1256/2024 on the conclusion, at the request of the Company, of an agreement to register with the securities depository the rights to 822,467 Series T ordinary bearer shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and ISIN code PLCPTRT00063.

The registration of the rights to shares is conditional and will take place within 3 days of receipt by the KDPW of the decision to admit the above-mentioned rights to shares to trading on the regulated market.
