The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., based in Wrocław, Poland (the “Company”), announces that on 19 December 2024, the Company became aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) on 19 December 2024 to register 822,467 rights to Series T ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the ‘Rights Allotment Certificates’) with the securities depository. The Rights to Shares will be registered under the ISIN code PLCPTRT00063.
The date of registration of the Rights to Shares in the securities depository of the NDS will be 20 December 2024.
