Subject: Communication from the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on the conditional registration of ordinary S series bearer shares and ordinary T series bearer shares.

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), today, i.e. 29 January 2025, became aware of the Statement of the National Depository for Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) No. 96/2025 on the conclusion, at the request of the Company, of an agreement to register with the securities depository: (i) 10,258 ordinary bearer shares of series S and (ii) 822,467 ordinary bearer shares of series T, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The registration of shares of each of the aforementioned series will take place within 3 days of the receipt by the KDPW of a decision to introduce the shares of this series to trading on the regulated market to which other shares of the Company bearing the aforementioned ISIN code have been introduced, but not earlier than on the date indicated in that decision as the date of introduction of these shares to trading on that regulated market, with the registration of series T shares taking place in connection with the closure of accounts maintained for transferable rights to shares bearing the PLCPTRT00063 code.
