Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw (the “Company”) discloses to the public the dates of publication of periodical reports in the fiscal year 2025:

- 15 April 2025 - separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2024;

- 27 May 2025 - consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025;

- 11 September 2025 - consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025;

- 20 November 2025 - consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025.

At the same time, the Company announces that:

- pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), it will not publish separate quarterly reports; as a result, the extended consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation;

- pursuant to § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate semi-annual reports; consequently, the extended consolidated semi-annual report will include abridged semi-annual financial statements, referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, together with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements and abridged additional information;

- pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate and quarterly reports, including the extended consolidated quarterly report, for Q2 and Q4 for 2025.
