The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), has today, i.e. 14 February 2025, learnt that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) has adopted the following decision: (i): resolution No. 170/2025 of 14 February 2025 on the designation of the last day of listing on the main market of the WSE of the rights to series T ordinary bearer shares of the Company, and (ii): resolution No. 171/2025 of 14 February 2025 on the admission and introduction to trading on the main market of the WSE of series S and series T ordinary bearer shares of the Company.
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 170/2025, the Management Board of the WSE set 18 February 2025 as the last trading date for 822,467 rights to series T ordinary bearer shares of the Company designated by the National Securities Depository S.A. with the code ‘PLCPTRT00063’.
2. Pursuant to Resolution No. 171/2025, 10,258 series S ordinary bearer shares and 822,467 series T ordinary bearer shares were admitted to exchange trading on the primary market and the above shares will be introduced to exchange trading on the primary market on 19 February 2025, subject to the registration of these shares by the National Securities Depository S.A. on 19 February 2025 and their coding as ‘PLCPTRT00014’.
Both of the above-mentioned resolutions entered into force on the date of their adoption.
