The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company), announces that on 17 February 2025 the Company became aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) on 17 February 2025 an announcement regarding the registration in the securities depository of 832,725 ordinary bearer shares of series S and T of the Company (the “Shares”) with the securities depository. The Shares will be registered under the ISIN code PLCPTRT00014.

The date of registration of the Shares with the securities depository of KDPW will be 19 February 2025.
