The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), announces that it has received from Thomas Shepherd, President of the Company's Management Board, a notification of a transaction on the Company's shares (conclusion of a share subscription agreement) as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.

The share subscription agreement was concluded within the framework of the incentive programme.
