Legal basis: § 17 sec. 1 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the provisions of law of a country other than a member state

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) informs that on 9 June 2021 the Company became aware of the adoption by the Management Board Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. of:

1. Resolution no. 587/2021 dated 9 June 2021 on designation for 10 June 2021 of the last day of listing of 871,500 rights to series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked by Krajowy Depozyt Securities S.A. with the following code: ISIN PLCPTRT00030; and
2. Resolution no. 588/2021 dated 9 June 2021 on introduction, as of 11 June 2021, to exchange trading on the primary market of 871,500 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, provided that on 11 June 2021 Krajowy Depozyt Securities S.A. registers such shares and marks them with the following code: ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

Resolutions enter into force as of the date of adoption thereof.
