The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) informs that on 9 June 2021 the Company became aware that on 9 June 2021 Krajowy Depozyt Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) published an announcement on registration of 871,500 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company (“Shares”) in the securities depository.

Shares will be registered under the following code: ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

The date of registration of Shares in the KDPW securities depository will be 11 June 2021
