The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Company"), informs that on 27 August 2021 the Company has entered into an agreement with LifeSci Advisors LLC, based in New York, USA ("LSA"), under which LSA is to provide the Company with services related to investor relations in foreign markets (including the USA).
The purpose of the agreement is to increase the Company's exposure to foreign markets and further develop the Company's marketing activities with institutional investors. Conclusion of the agreement is part of the Company's investor relations policy aimed at attracting international partners and investors.
The agreement was concluded for 12 months with an option to terminate after the first period of 3 months. If the agreement is not terminated, it renews for further 12-month periods.
The Company has classified the agreement as significant due to its objective.
