The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (the "Company") informs that on 21 June 2021 it has been notified of the resignation of Aleksandra Skibińska from the position of the Member of the Management Board of the Company and Financial Director of the Company.
The resignation, according to its content, became effective at the time of its submission.
Aleksandra Skibińska has not indicated the reasons for the resignation.
