The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw (the "Company"), announces that on 14 October 2021 it received information through the electronic information system of the National Court Register about the registration on 13 October 2021 by the District Court for Wroclaw Fabryczna in Wroclaw, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of amendments to the Company's Articles of Association.
The amendments to the Articles of Association were made pursuant to Resolution No. 15 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 29, 2021 regarding amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, which the Company announced in Current Report No. 20/2021 dated June 29, 2021.
These amendments involved the repeal of the entirety of the previous Articles of Association and the adoption of its new contents. The current Articles of Association, adopted by virtue of the aforesaid resolution, are attached to this Current Report.
