The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 25 October 2021 the Company received an individual notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended), of an individual increase by Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny of its holding of the Company's shares above 5% of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company also reminds that in the current report No. 30/2021 of 15 October 2021 the Company informed about an overall increase in the number of the Company's shares held by funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A,

At the same time the Company informs that in accordance with notification as a result of the above-mentioned transaction funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. hold 303,075 shares of the Company.
