Subject: Registration of outstanding shares and rights to shares in KDPW

Legal basis: § 17 sec. 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the provisions of law of a country other than a member state

The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“Company”) informs that on 1 April 2021 Krajowy Depozyt Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) issued Statement no. 523/2021 on registration, as of 7 April 2021, of 198,000 series B ordinary bearer shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each (“Sale Shares”), ISIN PLCPTRT00014.

Further, on 6 April 2021 KDPW issued Statement no. 528/2021 on conditional registration of:

1. 1,559,075 series B ordinary bearer shares,
2. 82,449 series C ordinary bearer shares,
3. 97,051 series D ordinary bearer shares,
4. 26,925 series F ordinary bearer shares,
5. 52,354 series H ordinary bearer shares,
6. 9,082 series I ordinary bearer shares,
7. 84,143 series J ordinary bearer shares

with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, ISIN PLCPTRT00014, on the condition that they are admitted to trading on a regulated market.

Additionally, on 13 April 2021 KDPW issued Statement no. 548/2021 on conditional registration of 871,500 rights to series G ordinary bearer shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each (“Rights to Shares”), ISIN PLCPTRT00030, on the condition that they are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
